摘要: 高质量创新创业师资短缺目前已成为我国创新创业教育发展的主要瓶颈。国外高校在创新创业教师准入机制、教师培训体系、教育评价机制等方面积累了丰富的经验。我国应用型本科高校应充分借鉴先进的经验和理念,结合国内创新创业教育发展的背景,探索一条适合自身的创新创业教育师资队伍建设路径,有效推动应用型本科高校创新创业教育的发展。

Abstract: The shortage of teachers for high-quality Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education has become a major bottleneck in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China. Foreign Universities have accumulated rich experience in innovating the admission mechanism, the teacher training system and the education evaluation mechanism. The application-oriented universities in China should fully learn from the advanced experience and ideas, and combine the background of the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China, explore a suitable path for the construction of innovative and Entrepreneurship Education Teachers Promoting the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in application-oriented universities.
