摘要: 为了解高校大学生的创新意识与创业能力,高校导师制下影响大学生创新创业训练计划项目实践发展的主要因素,促进落实国家创新驱动战略的实施。该研究针对导师制下大学生创新创业训练计划项目的实践发展现状,对驻保高校的在校大学生进行抽样调查并运用ISM模型分析其影响因素。结果表明:学校对于大学生创新创业训练项目的投入力度与导师对于项目的负责程度对于大学生创新创业计划项目的实践开展具有重要影响。最后针对这两点主要影响因素提出有效对策建议:深化高校双创教育改革,提升导师指导工作责任感。

Abstract: In order to understand the innovation consciousness and entrepreneurial ability of college students, the main factors affecting the practice development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program under the tutor system of colleges and universities, and promote the implementation of the national innovation-driven strategy. This study is aimed at the current situation of the practice development of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training program under the tutor system. The college students in the colleges and universities are sampled and the ISM model is used to analyze the influencing factors. The results show that the school's investment in college students' innovation and entrepreneurship training programs and the degree of tutor's responsibility for the project have an important impact on the practice of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship projects. Finally, the paper puts forward effective countermeasures for the main influencing factors of these two points: deepen the reform of the dual-innovation education in colleges and universities, and enhance the sense of responsibility of the instructors.
