摘要: 该论文特别探讨了在信息社会背景以及现代学徒制教学模式下时装管理人才培养的模式创新。时装管理分别涉及了服装设计、服装零售、服装渠道管理、服装人力资源管理等,即时装管理人才必须围绕服装将涉及它的专业融合起来。这必然对现代学徒制产生挑战,需要校企联合优化资源,在互联网链接下,实现多领域、多层次学习,因为不可能一个教师精通这么多学科。其中的信息技术也必然成为核心。

Abstract: This paper especially discusses the model innovation of fashion management talents training under the background of information society and modern apprenticeship teaching mode. Fashion management involves clothing design, clothing retail, clothing channel management, clothing human resource management, and so on. This is bound to challenge the modern apprenticeship system, which requires the joint efforts of schools and enterprises to optimize resources and realize multi-field and multi-level learning under the Internet link, because it is impossible for a single teacher to master so many subjects. Among them the information technology also must become the core.
