分层走班制对高中教师发展的机遇和挑战探析

摘要: 随着新高考制度的推广,我国的高中学生不用再按照原来的文理科的选择进行强制性的科目学习,取而代之的是选课制学习。走班制作为与选课制配套的教学组织形式已经在众多学校推广使用。然而,走班制的实行在一定程度上减轻了学生的学习负担,为学生的全面发展搭建了良好的发展平台,却让不少高中教师喜忧参半。

Abstract: With the popularization of the new college entrance examination system, high school students in China no longer have to study subjects compulsory in accordance with the original choice of liberal arts and sciences. The teaching organization form that matches the course selection system has been promoted and used in many schools. However, the implementation of the class system has reduced the student's learning burden to a certain extent, and has established a good development platform for the all-round development of students. However, many high school teachers have mixed feelings.
