Abstract: With the development of society, people's awareness of education is constantly improving, which makes the inherent teaching ideas and teaching methods difficult to meet the basic requirements of social development. In order to promote the employment ability of students and strengthen their practical ability and innovation awareness, colleges and universities should actively build an ecological practical teaching system based on the cooperation of production, learning and research with the help of rich social resources, so as to realize the innovation and development of college education, improve the comprehensive ability of students and lay a good foundation for the future development of students.
