大学生新型面试困境调查及技能提升策略研究

摘要: 大学生作为新时代企业获取高质量人才的主体,在新型面试模式的革新过程中扮演着重要角色。该文以高校毕业生为主要调查对象,结合与面试话题相关的问卷调查,从新型面试角度探究大学生在求职面试过程中所遇到的难题,并对其进行分析,提出建议。同时通过企业人力资源部门获悉行业情况,协助大学生掌握新型面试技巧及策略。企业也可因此进行精准定位,成功招到理想人选,最终达成双赢局面。

Abstract: College students, as the main body of enterprises to obtain high-quality talents in the new era, play an important role in the innovation process of the new interview mode. In this paper, college graduates as the main object of investigation, combined with the interview topic related questionnaire survey, from the perspective of new interview to explore the problems encountered by college students in the process of job interview, and analyze them, and put forward suggestions. At the same time, through the enterprise human resources department to learn about the industry situation, to help college students master new interview skills and strategies. The enterprise can also carry out precise positioning, successfully recruit the ideal candidates, and finally achieve a win-win situation.
