依法治校的评估主体、指标和方法研究综述

摘要: 依法治校是推进教育法制化建设的重要内容,也是当今高校管理的基本原则。依法治校在评估主体、指标与方法方面都有具体要求,不同的评估主体、指标与方法对评估结果的科学性准确性产生重要影响。面对现状,需在进一步增加评估类型的多样性,扩大评估主体参与面,增强评估的公信力,规范评估指标设计流程,提高评估指标体系的信度和效度,注重多种评估方法的综合运用等方面用力,仍需以法治思维和法治方式推动依法治校评估工作、以更加科学的评估工具和方法推动依法治校评估工作、以吸收和借鉴国内外有关评估的有益做法和经验推动依法治校评估工作。

Abstract: Ruling university by law is the concrete embodiment of ruling country by law in the field of higher education, it is also an important content to promote the legal construction of education. In the background of ruling country by law, ruling university by law has gradually become the basic principle of today's university management. There are specific requirements in assessing subjects, indicators and methods. Different subjects, indicators and methods have an important impact on the scientific nature of the assessment results. In the face of the current problems in the assessment of ruling university by law, which still need to promote the assessment work with legal thoughts and methods, more scientific assessment tools and methods, and useful practices and experience of absorbing and learning from the relevant domestic and foreign assessments.
