摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新形势下随着社会的进步,时代的变革,高校传统的辅导员制学生管理体制已经无法满足当代师生的需求,高校迫切需要进行学生管理改革,特别是近些年,高校的发展引起了社会各界人士的关注,教育部也发出了相应的通知和指示,提出了要进一步地加强高校教师队伍的建设工作,从国家层面凸显了高校导师制的重要性。因而,此文将进一步地剖析“三全育人”的本科生导师队伍建设,提出相应的策略促进其顺利发展。

Abstract: In the new situation, with the progress of society and the change of the times, the traditional student management system of counselor system in Colleges and universities has been unable to meet the needs of contemporary teachers and students. Colleges and universities urgently need to carry out the reform of student management, especially in recent years, the development of colleges and universities has attracted the attention of people from all walks of life. The Ministry of education has also issued corresponding notices and instructions, and proposed to further strengthen The construction of the faculty in Colleges and universities highlights the importance of the tutorial system from the national level. Therefore, this paper will further analyze the construction of undergraduate tutor team of "three complete education" and put forward corresponding strategies to promote its smooth development.
