Abstract: Driven by the policy of "one million enrollment expansion", the development of vocational education has been promoted to the height of national strategy, which is undoubtedly an unprecedented major opportunity for vocational education. However, the new changes in recruitment methods, the diversification of students and the differentiation of learning needs have put forward more severe challenges to higher vocational education. This paper puts forward some suggestions for the new problems faced by the "one million enrollment expansion" from the perspectives of reforming the recruitment mode, implementing the layered and personalized training mode, deepening the integration of production and education, and the integration of Ideological and political courses.
