摘要/Abstract

摘要： 大学生的就业问题,一直都是备受关注的问题。目前各个高校都在积极地采取有效措施提高大学生的就业率。而从现实情况来看,要想充分地提高大学生的就业能力和就业质量,那么高校就必须要针对在校大学生开展科学的就业指导工作。在新时期,为了能够有效地解决高校在就业指导工作中存在的问题,“三全育人”理念也开始提出,并为大学生的就业带来了保障。在该文中,就针对这部分的内容进行了探讨。

关键词: “三全育人”, 就业问题, 培养体系

Abstract: The employment of college students has always been a problem of great concern. At present, every university is actively taking effective measures to improve the employment rate of college students. From the reality, in order to fully improve the employment ability and quality of college students, colleges and universities must carry out scientific employment guidance for college students. In the new era, in order to effectively solve the problems existing in the employment guidance work of colleges and universities, the concept of "San Quan " education has also been put forward, and it has brought guarantee for the employment of college students. In this paper, the content of this part is discussed.
