摘要: 大学生作为最具创新、创业潜力的群体之一,其创新实践能力的培养作为深化教育教学改革创新的关键环节,越来越受到党和国家的高度重视。大学生创新创业训练计划的主体对象是学生,但是项目的顺利开展离不开指导教师的细心引导,学生和指导教师都是项目不可或缺的部分。因此,该文尝试从嵌入性视角探讨在大创项目中学生与指导教师之间的互动性关系,结论揭示了大创项目参与执行的影响,最后针对维持师生互动关系从而促进项目开展提出参考建议。

Abstract: As one of the most innovative and entrepreneurial potential groups, the cultivation of College Students' innovative practice ability, as a key link to deepen the reform and innovation of education and teaching, has been paid more and more attention by the party and the state. The main object of the innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students is students, but the smooth development of the project can not be separated from the careful guidance of the instructor, and both students and the instructor are indispensable parts of the project. Therefore, from the perspective of embeddedness, this paper attempts to explore the interactive relationship between students and instructors in the project, and the conclusion reveals the impact of participation in the implementation of the project.
