摘要/Abstract

摘要： 伴随着我国经济转型和行业改革的深化,近几年来的就业形势不容乐观,高校毕业生需要从各个方面做好进入社会的准备。高校辅导员作为学生的最常接触的直接管理工作人员,在高校的创新创业教育与就业指导教育中可以起到举足轻重的作用。该文针对目前高校辅导员在创新创业与就业指导中的一些问题提出了一些对策建议,帮助各位辅导员提升自己的教育能力,更好地为广大学生服务。

Abstract: With the deepening of China's economic transformation and industrial reform, the employment situation in recent years is not optimistic, college graduates need to be ready to enter the society from all aspects. College counselors, as the most frequently contacted direct management staff, can play a decisive role in innovation and entrepreneurship education and employment guidance education in colleges and universities. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions in view of some problems in innovation, entrepreneurship and employment guidance of university counselors, so as to help them improve their educational ability and better serve the majority of students.
