基于护理岗位需求的高职《人体结构与功能》课程教学改革探讨

Discussion on the Teaching Reform of "Human Body Structure and Function" Based on the Demand of Nursing Post in Higher Vocational Education

摘要: 为了使高职护理专业教学能够适应社会发展的人才岗位需要,现从学生受益、教学效率方面来浅谈基于护理专业岗位需求的高职《人体结构与功能》课程改革研究的必要性。《人体结构与功能》课程改革不仅能够在有限的时间内完成教学课时,而且能够减少学生学习解剖和生理存在的时空断层现象。针对当前医学类职业院校护理专业学生在岗位胜任过程中存在的问题,分析职业学院护理专业《人体结构与功能》课程改革的必要性和可能性;结合临床护理学专业的特点,探索了培养基于岗位需求的高职《人体结构与功能》课程改革研究,推动了解剖教学改革,以达到提高人体解剖教学质量的目的。最后,介绍了《人体结构与功能》课程改革研究取得的成果。

Abstract: In order to make nursing specialty teaching in higher vocational colleges meet the needs of talents in social development, the necessity of curriculum reform research on Human body structure and function in higher vocational colleges based on nursing post demand is discussed, in the aspects of student benefit and teaching efficiency. The curriculum reform can not only complete the teaching hours in limited time, but also reduce the spatiotemporal fault phenomenon existing in students' learning of anatomy and physiology. Considering the problems in the process of post of the medical vocational college nursing students, the current article analyzes the necessity and possibility of the curriculum reform of Human body structure and function. Combined with the characteristics of clinical nursing specialty, this paper explores the curriculum reform research of Human body structure and function based on the job demand, which can promote the reform of anatomy teaching and improve the teaching quality of human anatomy. Finally, the achievements of the curriculum reform of Human body structure and function are introduced.
