辽东学院大学生手机使用的自控力研究——基于一次性手机袋应用

摘要: 文章以辽宁省丹东市辽东学院在校大学生为研究对象,采用问卷调查法获得大学生课堂玩手机现象的第一手数据,运用描述性统计分析,对大学生手机使用的自控力的现状、认知、形成原因及其在外力作用下是否能够得到提升进行分析,得出:大学生在课堂或自习时间玩手机现象较为严重、玩手机时间与学习时间相比差距明显(平均在5~6 h)、大学生普遍对手机使用的自控力差、抵抗能力弱,在学习中易被手机通知铃声或屏幕亮度干扰,对于部分学生在外力协助下大学生手机使用的自控力可以得到有效提升,同时未得到提升的同学多为学习目标不明确,学习时间不固定。基于研究结论提出提升大学生手机使用的自控力应从大学生思想教育和外部作用力协助作用相辅相成,同时给出加强制度建设与规范管理对策建议

Abstract: This paper takes the college students of Liaodong University in Dandong City, Liaoning Province as the research object, obtains the first-hand data of the phenomenon of playing mobile phones in the classroom by using the questionnaire survey method, and analyzes the current situation, cognition, causes of formation and whether the self-control ability of mobile phones can be improved under the external force by using the descriptive statistical analysis, and concludes that: college students in the classroom or self-study The phenomenon of playing mobile phone in time is more serious, the gap between playing mobile phone in time and learning time is obvious (average 5-6 hours), college students generally have poor self-control and weak resistance to mobile phone, and they are easy to be disturbed by the ring tone or screen brightness of mobile phone in learning. For some students, with the help of external forces, the self-control of College Students' mobile phone can be effectively improved, while the number of students who have not been improved is more For learning objectives are not clear, learning time is not fixed. Based on the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward that to improve the self-control of College Students' mobile phones, we should complement each other by ideological education and external force assistance, and at the same time, it gives some suggestions on strengthening the system construction and standardized management.
