摘要: 目前对于毕业生顶岗实习方面的研究多集中在思想政治教育、心理问题、学生党建、教学管理方面,而对于毕业生在顶岗实习阶段工作状况及频繁换工作的原因和措施研究很少。为此以高职毕业生顶岗实习阶段工作现状出发,从用人单位、学生、高校、家庭等角度探讨顶岗实习阶段学生离职的原因及后果,并提出降低学生离职率的有效对策,为高校用于对在校生进行就业教育,提高学生的就业稳定性,提升就业质量提供支持。

Abstract: Most researches on graduate post internship focus on ideological and political education, psychological problems, student party building, and teaching management. However, there are few studies on the reasons and measures for the high level of resignation of higher vocational college graduates in the post-internship stage. To this end, based on the status quo of the postgraduate internship stage of higher vocational graduates, the reasons and consequences of the resignation of students in the internship stage are discussed from the perspectives of employers, students, colleges and families, and effective countermeasures for reducing the turnover rate of students are proposed, provide support for employment education for students, improve student employment stability, and improve employment quality.
