摘要: 高职院校教育教学工作的正常开展与基础管理有密切的关系,所以对高职院校基础管理做分析与讨论,强化基础管理的效率和质量提升十分必要。人事管理作为高职院校基础管理的重要组成部分,在人力资源的合理利用和人员价值的最大化发挥方面有突出的作用,所以对高职院校的人事管理工作进行分析,寻找新环境下人事管理的有效策略十分必要。人本理论在人事管理中的具体应用对管理实效提升有显著的效果,基于此,文章就人本理论在高职院校人事管理实践中的具体应用做分析与讨论,旨在为管理工作提供帮助与指导。

Abstract: The normal development of education and teaching in higher vocational colleges is closely related to the basic management, so it is necessary to analyze and discuss the basic management in higher vocational colleges and strengthen the efficiency and quality of basic management. As a part of basic management in higher vocational colleges, personnel management plays a prominent role in rational utilization of human resources and maximization of personnel value. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze personnel management in higher vocational colleges and find effective strategies for personnel management in the new environment. The specific application of humanistic theory in personnel management has a significant effect on the improvement of management effectiveness. Based on this, this paper analyzes and discusses the specific application of humanistic theory in personnel management practice in higher vocational colleges, in order to provide help and guidance for management work.
