摘要： 在普及性教育框架下兼顾高质量人才培养,已是高等艺术院校本科教学的重要议题,拔尖人才培养则成为提升教学质量的突破口。从2015年起,广西艺术学院版画拔尖实验项目探索有绘画专业特色的拔尖人才培养模式,坚持创作导向与导师制精训,开展“展、讲、观、社”等方面特色教学,建立较为完整的绘画拔尖人才培养模式,为社会更好地输送高质量人才。
