中小学校企合作模式探索与实践

摘要: 校企合作是提高应用型人才培养质量的重要途径,但目前校企合作这一模式在高等院校较为普遍,基于中小学的校企合作模式起步晚,案例少。该文初步探索校企合作模式在中小学中的应用,初步实践在中小学校企合作下共建课程试验基地,以期促进新型实验教学,从而培养更多的未来科技创新人才。迈柯唯医疗设备(苏州)有限公司与该校合作,建立“梦工厂”课程试验基地,旨在提高学生的创新能力与问题解决能力,提升学生关于科学、技术、工程、数学的知识,教会学生们做梦的方法,用创新来畅想未来,催生下一代的工程师、发明家。

Abstract: School enterprise cooperation is an important way to improve the quality of applied talents training. However, the mode of school enterprise cooperation is relatively common in Colleges and universities. The mode of school enterprise cooperation based on primary and secondary schools starts late and has few cases. This paper initially explores the application of school enterprise cooperation mode in primary and secondary schools, and initially practices the joint construction of curriculum experiment base under the cooperation of primary and secondary schools and enterprises, in order to promote new experimental teaching, so as to cultivate more future scientific and technological innovation talents. Mcowell medical equipment (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. cooperates with our school to establish a "dream factory" course experiment base, aiming to improve students' innovation ability and problem-solving ability, improve students' knowledge about science, technology, engineering and mathematics, teach children the method of dreaming, use innovation to imagine the future, and promote the next generation of engineers and inventors.
