摘要: 少数民族专职辅导员与普通专职辅导员协同育人是提升少数民族大学生思想政治教育实效性的必然选择。两支队伍既有着各自的优势和职业能力,又有着共同的合作基础。基于此,“双队伍”在协同育人时,应从第一课堂、第二课堂、第三课堂共同着力,因材施教,精准育人,从而有效增强少数民族大学生思想政治教育的针对性和时效性。

Abstract: Full-time ethnic minority counselors and general full-time counselors working together is a necessary choice and can improve the actual effect of the ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students. Both teams have their own advantages and professional capabilities, and also have a common basis for cooperation. Therefore, two teams should work and cooperate together from the first, the second and the third classroom to educate students according to their aptitude and educate them accurately, so as to effectively enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education for ethnic minority college students.
