摘要/Abstract

摘要： “卓越”教师的培养旨在培育一大批师德高尚、专业基础扎实、教育教学能力突出的教师,该文以地处红城百色的百色学院为例,分析革命老区本科院校卓越教师培养的现状,探讨符合老区特色的有效的卓越教师培养路径,促进革命老区本科院校的可持续发展和教育教学质量提升。

Abstract: The cultivation of "excellent" teachers aims to cultivate a large number of teachers with noble morality, solid professional foundation and outstanding educational and teaching ability. This paper takes Baise college in red city as an example, analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of excellent teachers in the old revolutionary area, probes into the effective cultivation path of excellent teachers in accordance with the characteristics of the old revolutionary area, and promotes the sustainable development of the old revolutionary area's colleges and universities Develop and improve the quality of education and teaching.
