校企合作 “四融”机制探析与实践

摘要: 当今社会对中国的职业教育和高级技能型应用人才的要求逐渐提高了。笔者对当前职业教育校企合作现状及困境进行了研究,从四融机制的基地建设、产教资源、双师培育、工学交替4个层面进行了分析。我们需要深化改革,勇于探索,走出有中国特色的高职院校和企业的合作之路。“四融机制”的校企合作模式能够最大限度地促进校企的发展及发挥校企合作的功能。

Abstract: Nowadays, the requirements of vocational education and advanced skilled application talents in China are gradually increasing. The author studies the current situation and difficulties of school enterprise cooperation in vocational education, and analyzes the four aspects of the four financing mechanism: base construction, resources of production and education, cultivation of double teachers and alternation of work and learning. We need to deepen reform, dare to explore and walk out of the road of cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises with Chinese characteristics. The mode of school enterprise cooperation of "four financing mechanism" can promote the development of school enterprise and give full play to the function of school enterprise cooperation.
