Abstract: In domestic higher vocational colleges, it is very necessary to carry out employment guidance for students, and the ideological and political education contained in it is the key and core issue. As far as the current specific situation is concerned, many schools lack ideological and political education for students when they conduct employment guidance, which eventually leads to many problems when they are employed in society, so in order to achieve this goal, many colleges and universities are lack of Ideological and political education. In order to make higher vocational students get better employment in the future, schools should pay more attention to this work. In this paper, the author makes a detailed analysis of the lack of Ideological and political education of Vocational College Students' employment guidance, and gives corresponding opinions and suggestions.
