摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目前企业对高素质的工商管理人才的需求越来越高,市场化越来越明显。高校更加注重培养学生的创新创业能力。该文阐述了工商管理专业创业人才培养的现状,对工商管理专业在培养创业人才模式上存在的问题进行了分析,进而提出了建立创业课程体系和虚拟实训室等几点建议,为构建工商管理专业创业人才培养模式提供参考。

关键词: 工商管理专业, 创业人才, 产教融合, 实验室建设

Abstract: Nowadays more and more enterprises need high-quality business management talents. Therefore, Colleges and universities should be guided by market demand and training applied talents for innovation and Entrepreneurship. This paper expounds the present situation of entrepreneurial talent training in Business administration major and analyzes the problems existing in the education mode. Moreover, the author according to this observation of the current situation puts forward some suggestions to help the Business administration to explore a new way on the teaching mode of training talents.
