摘要/Abstract

摘要： 艺术类高职院校是培养国家艺术人才的重要场所,教学质量对艺术类人才的培养效果产生直接影响。然而,近年来在艺术类高职院校教学过程中,还存在很多问题,不能确保教育工作的质量与水平。在此情况下,为有效改善艺术类高职院校的教育现状,应将“教学工厂”式的技能人才培养模式融入教育体系中,营造出良好的教育环境氛围,有效培养学生的专业技能与岗位工作能力,增强整体的教育工作效果,为其后续发展夯实基础。

Abstract: Art Higher Vocational College is an important place to train national art talents, and the teaching quality has a direct impact on the training effect of art talents. However, in recent years, there are still many problems in the teaching process of art vocational colleges, which can not ensure the quality and level of education. In this case, in order to effectively improve the education status of art vocational colleges, we should integrate the "teaching factory" type of skilled personnel training mode into the education system, create a good education environment atmosphere, effectively cultivate students' professional skills and post work ability, enhance the overall education work effect, and lay a solid foundation for their subsequent development.
