摘要: 当前高等教育与社会发展之间的适应性明显不足,这与内外部环境的各种变动具有重要关联,也与高校自身发展密切相关。尤其是民族地区的高校教师,其角色定位偏失直接影响到人才培养的质量和效率。

Abstract: At present, the adaptability between higher education and social development is obviously insufficient, which is closely related to various changes in the internal and external environment as well as the development of universities themselves. Especially the deviation of university teachers’ role positioning in ethnic minority areas has a direct impact on the quality and efficiency of personnel training.
