Study on Teaching Application of CBL Teaching Method Combined with PDCA Circulation in Higher Vocational Nursing Students of Neurology Department

摘要: 目的 探究CBL教学法联合PDCA循环在神经内科高职护生中的应用效果。方法 选择2017年3月—2019年2月在该院神经内科实习的高职学生 160 例为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各 80例。对照组采用传统讲授式教学法,观察组采用 CBL 教学法联合 PDCA 循环。比较两组理论知识、实践能力、临床思维能力及学生满意度,同时分析该教学模式的临床效果。结果 观察组理论知识、操作技能、临床思维能力、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 与传统的讲授式教学法相比,CBL 教学法联合 PDCA 循环更能提升高职护生在神经内科实习的理论知识及操作技能成绩,有利于培养学生的临床思维,提高学生满意度。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of CBL teaching method combined with PDCA cycle in Higher Vocational nursing Students in neurology internship. Methods A total of 160 Higher Vocational nursing Students from March 2017 to March 2019 in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases each. The control group used the traditional Lecture Based Learning method, and the observation group used the CBL teaching method combined with the PDCA cycle. Compare the two groups of theoretical knowledge, practical ability, clinical thinking and student satisfaction, and analyze the clinical effect of the teaching model. Results The theoretical knowledge, operational skills, clinical thinking ability and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional Lecture Based Learning method, the CBL teaching method combined with the PDCA cycle can improve the theoretical knowledge and practical operation skills of the Higher Vocational nursing Students in the neurology internship, which is conducive to cultivating students' clinical thinking and improving students' satisfaction.
