利用校园资源开展《导游业务》实践教学的SWOT分析——以江汉大学为例

摘要: 《导游业务》课程是旅游管理专业的核心课程之一,该课程主要培养学生的导游讲解能力、规范服务的能力以及事故问题的处理能力,具有非常强的实践性。传统的《导游业务》课程教学由于实训场地、经费、时间不足等多种原因,存在忽视实践能力培养、学生导游能力得不到锻炼等问题。江汉大学校园自然环境优美、人文资源丰富独特,可以充分利用校园资源开展《导游业务》实践教学,提高该课程的实践效果。

Abstract: Tour Guide Business is one of the core courses of tourism management major. Students' ability including interpreting to customer serving the customer and tackling an accident will be highly enhanced by this course. There are some problems in traditional tour guide business teaching, such as neglecting cultivating of practical ability, disconnecting practical teaching from society and so on. Jianghan University campus is very beautiful and its human resource is attractive and unique, we can make full use of the campus resources to carry out Tour Guide Business practical teaching and improve the practical effect of the course.
