Abstract: Because our country is in a state of rapid development, each industry development by leaps and bounds, especially fierce market competition environment, after the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities university student's employment situation is not optimistic, solve the problem of university students' employment, relieve urban development brought about by various social and economic pressure, maintain social stability development has the vital significance. Colleges and universities face a new task is how to promote college students to start their own businesses to promote employment.
