摘要: 心理健康问题在大学生群体中常有发生,并且随着当下社会快速变迁,家庭、学校、社会等多方面因素的影响下都使大学生在学习生活中面临各种心理压力,对于其健康生活、正常学习产生严重影响。该文即是通过对大学生心理健康问题的讨论,分析体育锻炼对其心理健康的影响,并提出相关的建议,希望促进大学生在学习生活中保持良好的心理状态,更加积极地面对即将到来的社会生活。

Abstract: Mental health problems often occur in college students, and with the rapid changes of society, family, school, society and other factors make college students face various psychological pressures in their study and life, which has a serious impact on their healthy life and normal learning. This paper analyzes the influence of physical exercise on college students' mental health through the discussion of mental health problems of college students, and puts forward some relevant suggestions, hoping to promote college students to keep good in their study and life. Psychological state, more actively on the coming social life.
