摘要: 高校辅导员和思政课教师是高校思想政治教育工作的骨干力量。目前,我国高校辅导员与思政课教师在联动机制等方面存在的不足,势必会对学生思政教育效果的进一步提升造成阻碍。该文从协同角度进一步探索辅导员和思政教师“大思政教育”的必要性,对思政课教师与辅导员学习型备课组的构建进行了分析,可通过构建学习型备课组来推动耦合育人的持续性,并据此提出了几点优化对策,希望可为解决高校大思政育人机制发展过程中存在的问题提供一些参考和帮助。

Abstract: College counselors and ideological and political teachers are the backbone of Ideological and political education. At present, there are some deficiencies in the linkage mechanism between college counselors and ideological and political teachers, which will inevitably hinder the further improvement of students' Ideological and political education effect. This paper further explores the necessity of "great ideological and political education" for counselors and ideological and political teachers from the perspective of coordination, analyzes the construction of learning type lesson preparation group of Ideological and political teachers and counselors, and can promote the continuity of coupling education by constructing learning type lesson preparation group, and puts forward some optimization countermeasures accordingly. It is hoped that this study can provide some reference and help to solve the problems existing in the development of the ideological and political education mechanism in Colleges and universities.
