Abstract: As the main position of cultivating high-quality skilled talents, higher vocational colleges face great practical challenges on how to better integrate academic education and vocational training under the background of enrollment expansion of one million. In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of higher vocational education, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the problems existing in both internal and external aspects of higher vocational education and vocational training under the current situation.
