现代学徒制背景下职教课程教学设计探讨——以“货品库存管理优化”为例

摘要: 课程是人才培养的载体,也是保障和提高教学质量的关键。随着信息科学与技术的不断发展,现代学徒制已逐渐融入日常教学活动。现代学徒制背景下的课程设计应体现5个对接:与职业标准对接,与企业生产岗位对接,与终身教育对接,与生产过程对接,与职业证书对接。该文详细介绍了现代学徒制下教学设计的基本步骤,进一步提出现代学徒制下教学设计的基本策略,以增加研究的实用性。

Abstract: Curriculum is not only the carrier of talent training, but also the key to guarantee and improve teaching quality. With the continuous development of information science and technology, modern apprenticeship has been gradually integrated into daily teaching activities. The curriculum design under the background of modern apprenticeship should reflect five docking: docking with professional standards, docking with the production position of enterprises, docking with lifelong education, docking with the production process, docking with vocational certificates. The basic steps of instructional design under modern apprenticeship are introduced in detail, and the basic strategies of instructional design under modern apprenticeship are put forward in order to increase the practicability of the research.
