摘要: 随着安徽融入长三角和近年来省会合肥经济的快速发展,合肥最大的医学院校迅速扩招,以适应社会对卫生服务需求的增长和变化,但医学教育资源却很难在短期内同步快速增长。该文旨在通过分析其直属教学医院在教学过程中遇到的问题、采取的一系列临床教学改革举措(小班教学、形成性评价与补偿、加强临床技能训练)及具体实施效果,为全国兄弟医学院校的改革发展提供借鉴和参考。对学生的理论、实践考核成绩进行对比分析。通过改革临床教学方法、转变教学观念,能在很大程度上弥补临床教育资源不足的短板,提高教学质量和医学人才培养水平。

Abstract: With the integration of Anhui Province into Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomerations and the rapid economic development of the provincial capital Hefei in recent years, Anhui Medical University, the largest medical college in Hefei, rapidly expanded its enrollment to adapt to the growth and change of social demand for health services.However, it is difficult for medical education resources to grow rapidly in a short period of time. This paper aims to provide references for the development and reform of sibling medical colleges in China by analyzing the problems encountered in the teaching process, a series of clinical teaching reform measures (small class teaching, formative evaluation and compensation, strengthening clinical skill training) and the concrete implementation effects. To make a comparative analysis of students' performance in theory and practice. Through the reform of clinical teaching methods and the change of teaching concepts, the shortage of clinical education resources can be supplemented to a great extent, and the teaching quality and medical personnel training level can be improved.
