摘要: 大学生创新创业训练计划是培养大学生创新思维和创新能力的主要途径,目前各医学本科院校针对该训练计划的管理办法各不相同。该文通过分析111所医学院校出台的相关管理办法,从管理部门、经费、执行时间、结题方式及奖励政策等五个方面来分析、总结目前大学生创新能力培养的整体情况、存在的问题和潜在的适宜推广的经验,以便能够促进医学本科生创新训练计划更好地开展。

Abstract: College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship training plan is the main way to cultivate college students' innovative thinking and innovative ability. At present, the management methods of the training plan in medical colleges and universities are different. Through the analysis of the relevant management measures issued by 111 medical colleges, this paper analyzes and summarizes the current five aspects of management department, funds, implementation time, conclusion method and incentive policy The overall situation, existing problems and potential promotion experience of innovation ability training of college students can promote the better development of innovation training program for medical undergraduates.
