摘要: 创新生态系统下科技人才发挥的作用越来越显著。科技发展和社会进步得益于科技人才的贡献。该文以创新生态系统理论为基础,梳理科技人才对创新生态系统的要求以及两者之间的互动机制,对科技人才在创新创业活动中存在的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的对策建议,促进科技人才的创新创业活动有序开展。

Abstract: Science and technology talents play an important role in innovation ecosystem.Development of Scientific and technological and social progress benefit from the contribution of scientific and technological talents. In this paper, Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem, carding science and technology talent demands for innovation ecosystem and the interactive mechanism between science and technology talent and innovation ecosystem. It analyze the problems exist in innovation and entrepreneurship activities of Science and technology talents, and put forward targeted policy recommendations to stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship activities talents of Science and technology talents.
