摘要: 青年大学生处于成人化、社会化的重要阶段和价值观、世界观、心理素质、人格形成的关键时期。导师班主任是当代大学生思想教育的中坚力量,影响着学生的成长,其职责重在“导”,要引导学生树立正面积极的三观,培养学生良好的素质,在思想上引领学生的成长,让学生把握好大学生活,确立起人生的价值追求。如何正确引导学生是导师班主任工作的重心。该文结合当前大学生的所处阶段的特殊性提出了高校导师班主任在日常工作中需要改进的方向,具有广泛的实践指导意义。

Abstract: Young college students are in an important stage of adultification and socialization,which is a critical period of values, world outlook, psychological quality and personality formation. The headteacher is the backbone of ideological education in colleges and affects the growth of students. Their responsibility lies in "guiding". The headteacher should guide students to set up positive attitude, cultivate their good quality, guide their growth ideologically, let them cherish college life and establish their value pursuit. How to guide students correctly is the focus of the headteacher. According to the particularity of college students,this article proposes the direction for the improvement of the headteachers in daily work, which has a wide range of practical guiding significance.
