Abstract: Countries for the importance of higher vocational talents training is higher and higher, the higher vocational education workers have a thinking on the cultivation of the talent, as institutions of vocational higher education in this stage of education, college education goal is to thought and the co-existence of science and technology knowledge into a more modern technical knowledge with productive practice, force in creating different types of talents, therefore, higher vocational colleges in its direction, talent training goal, the power and running vocational education management and higher education exists obvious difference. Then the development direction and trend of these four aspects are also worth thinking about. This paper will deeply analyze the higher vocational education, combined with the meaning of higher vocational education, goals and the author's understanding of higher vocational education, and then carefully analyze the problems that may be encountered in the development process of higher vocational education.
