以培养学生终身体育意识为导向的高职体育教学改革探索

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高职体育课是学生在校学习体育课程的最后阶段,在该阶段培养学生的终身体育意识,可帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观。终身体育意识是体育教育的最终目标,校园体育则是终身体育的基础,其目的在于培养学生的运动兴趣、运动习惯以及参与意识,从而坚持锻炼。该文以高职院校体育课为例,就如何提高学生的终身体育意识,围绕高职院校体育教学所存在的问题进行分析,提出终身体育教学的开展策略,通过多元化的教学方式,让学生对体育产生浓厚的兴趣,以此来培养学生的终身体育意识,全面发展德智体美劳,以适应现代素质教育以及社会发展的需求。

Abstract: Physical Education in higher vocational colleges is the last stage for students to study physical education in school. In this stage, cultivating students' awareness of lifelong physical education can help students establish correct life values. Lifelong physical education is the ultimate goal of physical education, and campus sports is the basis of life-long sports. Its purpose is to cultivate students' interest in sports, Sports habits and sense of participation, so as to adhere to exercise. Taking physical education in Higher Vocational Colleges as an example, this paper analyzes how to improve students' awareness of lifelong physical education, analyzes the problems existing in physical education teaching in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the development strategies of lifelong physical education. Through diversified teaching methods, students can have a strong interest in sports, so as to cultivate students' awareness of lifelong sports, and comprehensively develop moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor to meet the needs of modern quality education and social development.
