摘要/Abstract

摘要： 地方高校是开展创新创业教育的主力军,校园文化建设是地方高校克服创新人才培养教育资源匮乏的重要抓手。该文从梳理创新素质和校园文化的内涵出发,阐明了校园文化在激发大学生创新精神,锻炼创新能力,养成创新思维方面的重要作用,从提升校园物质文化建设内涵、健全师生创新激励制度、提升校园社团活动内容、深化校园精神文化思想引领四个层面提出了加强地方高校校园文化体系建设,提升大学生创新素质培养成效的途径。

Abstract: Local colleges and universities are the main force to carry out innovative entrepreneurship education, and the construction of campus culture is an important grasp for local colleges and universities to overcome the lack of educational resources for innovative talents training. Based on combing the connotation and structure of innovation quality and campus culture, this paper expounds the important role of campus culture in stimulating college students' innovation spirit, training innovation ability and cultivating innovative thinking.From the four levels of promoting the connotation of campus material culture construction, perfecting the incentive system of teachers and students' innovation, improving the content of campus community activities and deepening the ideological guidance of campus spirit and culture to strengthen the construction of campus culture system in local colleges and universities and improve the effectiveness of cultivating college students' innovative quality.
