毕业设计质量监控保障机制构建探究——以工科专业为例

摘要: 毕业设计是本科人才培养方案最后一个重要的实践课程,是较为系统的综合学习过程,是提高学生解决复杂工程问题能力的必备途径,其质量反映学校的教学质量和水平。该文基于对毕业设计质量管理现状存在问题的分析,针对选题阶段、开题阶段、实施阶段、答辩阶段及总结阶段等环节,构建了“三段六机制”毕业设计质量监控保障体系,按照前期、中期和后期三个管理阶段实施六项保障机制,从过程管理上提升毕业设计质量,重点解决学生精力及重视程度不够、管理制度不完善及指导教师辅导力度不足等现状。

Abstract: Graduation project is the last important practical course of undergraduate training program, which are a systematic comprehensive learning process and an essential way to improve students' ability to solve complex engineering problems. Its quality reflects the teaching quality and level of the University. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the quality management of graduation project, a "three-stage and six mechanism" quality monitoring and guarantee system for graduation design is constructed. Six guarantee mechanisms are implemented according to the three management stages: the early stage, the middle stage and the final stage, so as to improve the quality of graduation design from the process management. This system is aiming to solve the current situation of insufficient energy and attention of students, imperfect management system and inadequate guidance of teachers.
