摘要/Abstract

摘要： 创新和创业之间存在着十分密切的联系,因此培养在这两方面皆精通的人才对于社会的发展具有十分关键的作用,更是服务于创新型国家建设的重大战略举措。从管理类专业学生特征入手,在明晰“双创”人才特点和管理学生特征的基础上,针对培养“创新”人才提出“教学方式-师资建设-教学质量-实践平台-能力评价”五维度的措施和方法,又针对培养“创业”人才提出“创业者、高校和政府三位一体、三方协同”的支持建议。

Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship are inseparable. Cultivating "innovation and entrepreneurship" talents is an important direction of talent training in higher education, and also a major strategic measure to serve the construction of an innovative country. This paper starts from the characteristics of students majoring in management, and clarifies the characteristics of "entrepreneurship and innovation" talents and management students. Finally, it puts forward five dimensional measures of "teaching methods - teacher construction - teaching quality - practice platform - ability evaluation" for training "innovative" talents, and puts forward the support suggestions of "three in one, three in coordination" for training "entrepreneurial" talents from aspects of entrepreneurs, universities and government.
