高职院校创业教育存在问题及改进策略探析

摘要: 在有关大学生创新创业文件的指导下,我国高职院校的创业教育工作有了很大的进展,取得了不少成果,但由于高职学生缺乏良好的创新意识和学习意识,高职院校的创新创业教育还存在体系不够健全,师资力量不足、基础设施不够,校园创业氛围不够浓厚,学生创业积极性不高的现象。因此,根据创业教育的实际需求,高职院校需要建立健全适合该校的创业教育管理制度,建设一支专业的创业师资队伍,不断完善创新创业教育课程体系建设,强化高职学生创业的相关基础设施建设,激发师生们的学习意识和参与创业实践的兴趣。

Abstract: Under the guidance of China's relevant documents on innovation and entrepreneurship for college students, great progress has been made in the work of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and Technical in China, and a lot of achievements have been made. However, due to the lack of a good sense of innovation and learning among higher vocational students, the system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is still not sound enough, insufficient teachers, inadequate infrastructure, campus entrepreneurial atmosphere is not strong enough, entrepreneurial enthusiasm among students is not high. Therefore, in accordance with the actual needs of entrepreneurship education, higher vocational colleges need to establish and improve the management system of entrepreneurship education which is suitable for their own schools, also build a professional contingent of entrepreneurship teachers, and constantly improve the construction of the curriculum system of new entrepreneurship education。They should strengthen the construction of the related infrastructure of the higher vocational college students to stimulate their learning awareness and interest in the practice of entrepreneurship.
