Abstract: As China's higher education gradually transforms from elite education to mass education, more and more young people have the opportunity to receive education. However, as China's economic transition has entered a critical stage, the employment contradiction has become increasingly prominent, and the employment situation of Chinese college students has become more and more severe. More and more people have begun to realize the importance of employment and entrepreneurship ability, and many enterprises in China have also begun to take the employment and entrepreneurship ability of applicants as their main assessment criteria. This article describes the connotation of employment, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial capacity of university students' employment problems and combining with the characteristics of human resource demand of the whole and puts forward some countermeasures to improve university students' employment ability, boost education teaching reform, improving the quality of talent training, promote the competitiveness of the individual to the student, school long-term healthy development of enterprise human resources development and maintain social prosperity and stability and so on all has very important significance.
