摘要/Abstract

摘要： 近年来,在全民创新创业热潮下,“双创”环境有所改善,“双创”社会氛围愈加浓厚,“双创”理念渐入人心。但同时,大学生创新创业意识薄弱、内生动力不强亦是阻碍双创发展的重要因素。该文通过自制调查问卷,随机抽取重庆三峡学院906位学生,分别从大学生自身、高校、社会与家庭三个层面调查大学生创新创业现状,剖析内在因素,并且有针对性地提出培养大学生双创意识的有效对策,如优化双创环境、培养师资、定制个性化课程、优化考核机制、加大项目指导等方式,期望能够通过创业带动大学生就业。

Abstract: In recent years, under the upsurge of innovation and entrepreneurship of the whole people, the environment of entrepreneurship and innovation has improved, the social atmosphere of entrepreneurship and innovation has become increasingly strong, and the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation has gradually entered the people's mind. Through self-made questionnaire, this paper randomly selected 906 students of Chongqing Three Gorges University, investigated the current situation of College Students' innovation and Entrepreneurship from three aspects of college students themselves, universities, society and family, analyzed the internal factors, and put forward effective countermeasures to cultivate college students' awareness of entrepreneurship and innovation, such as optimizing the environment of entrepreneurship and innovation, training teachers, customizing personalized courses, optimizing the assessment machine We hope to promote the employment of college students through entrepreneurship.
