摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高校辅导员是大学生成长成才的指导者和引路人,在大学生的思想政治教育中扮演着非常重要的角色。随着时代的进步和发展,当今大学生群体的特点已发生了变化,这就要求新时代的辅导员在开展学生思想政治教育工作的过程中,要以创新的工作方式和方法与时代接轨,才会更好地融入新时代学生的学习和生活中,解决学生问题,促进学生健康成长。

Abstract: College counselors are the guidance and guide for the growth of college students, and play a very important role in the ideological and political education of college students. With the progress and development of the times, the characteristics of today's college students have changed, which requires counselors in the new era in the process of carrying out ideological and political education of students, to use innovative working methods and methods to connect with the times, so as to better integrate into the study and life of students in the new era, solve the problems of students, and promote the healthy growth of students.
