高职院校“课程思政”教学改革研究与实践——以常州工业职业技术学院为例

摘要: 落实立德树人根本任务是“课程思政”理念的源头,教育部明文规定各类课程需发挥育人功能。该文探索了高职院校“课程思政”的实践策略,从顶层设计、课程建设、教师培育三个方面进行研究与实践,并给出了具体的改革策略:形成常态化运行机制,确保“课程思政”建设的功能性;搭建各类课程共同推进思想政治教育的平台;打造优秀教师队伍,承担起育人职责。

Abstract: The implementation of the fundamental task of establishing virtue and educating people is the source of the concept of the ideological and political construction of the curriculum, and the Ministry of Education has explicitly stipulated that various types of courses should play the function of educating people. The paper explores the practical strategies of “the ideological and political construction of the curriculum” in higher vocational colleges, discusses its research and practice from three aspects, i.e., top-level design, curriculum construction and teacher professional development, and advances specific teaching reform strategies. The paper suggests establishing a normalized operation mechanism to ensure the functionality of “the ideological and political construction of the curriculum”, building a platform for all courses to jointly promote ideological and political education, and creating an excellent team of teachers to undertake the responsibility of fostering talents.
