摘要: 课堂教学是当前高校教育的主要方式,教学质量的高低直接影响专业化高素质人才培养,关系到一流学科、一流大学的建设水准。该文着力从提升教师综合素质入手,严把课前、施教、课后三道关口,提高课堂教学效率,让课堂教学更具吸引力、师生互动交流更富活力、知识传递内化更有穿透力。

Abstract: Classroom teaching is the main position of college education at present. The quality of teaching directly affects the training of specialized high-quality talents and the construction level of first-class subjects and universities. This paper focuses on improving the comprehensive quality of teachers, strict pre-class, teaching, after-class three points, improve the efficiency of classroom teaching, so that classroom teaching more attractive, teacher-student interaction more dynamic, knowledge transfer internalization more penetrating.
