摘要: 中高职贯通培养模式符合当今社会发展的需要,但是在实施过程中存在一些问题。该文从国际商务专业人才需求调研出发,对国际商务专业中高职贯通人才培养模式的现状进行分析,从而寻找解决问题的一些途径:一是调整培养目标与专业技能方向;二是调整课程设置;三是开发和实施专业教学标准、课程标准;四是建设课程资源;五是开展教学改革;六是建设师资队伍;七是建立校企深度合作机制。探索中高职贯通人才培养模式,推进上海现代职业教育体系的内涵发展,从而切实保障职业教育人才培养质量。

Abstract: The training mode of though middle and high vocational education meets the need of today’s development. However, there are some problems in the implementation process. This paper based on the research on the demand of international business major. It analyzes the present situation of the training mode of though middle and high vocational education in international business major. Then to find some ways to solve the problem: The first is to adjust the training objectives and professional skills; The second is to adjust the curriculum; The third is to develop and implement major teaching standards and curriculum standards; The fourth is to build curriculum resources; The fifth is to carry out teaching reform; The sixth is to build a teaching staff; The seventh is to establish a deep cooperation mechanism between schools and enterprises. Exploring the training mode of though middle and high vocational education, promoting the connotation development of shanghai modern vocational education system, thereby to effective guarantee the quality of vocational personnel education training.
