摘要: 社团作为高校人才培养的重要载体,是学生因相同爱好自愿组成的学生组织,也是高校实施第二课堂的重要途径。在新媒体快速发展的背景下,相比传统管理模式,新时期下的高校社团,在活动内容、信息宣传、组织形式等方面都更加丰富。但同时也出现了“线上容易线下难”“网络和现实连接错位”等问题,也给高校社团发展带来了影响。该文以新媒体为出发点,结合乐山师范学院社团的实际发展情况,采用解释结构方程模型,着重分析了各个影响高校社团发展的因素及相互之间的层级关系,进一步为新媒体背景下的高校社团建设提供可持续发展思路。

Abstract: As an important carrier of talent training in colleges, college associations are student organizations formed voluntarily for the same hobbies, and these are an important ways for colleges and universities to implement second classrooms. On the background of the rapid development of new media, college associations are extremely colorful in activity content, activity information, and activity methods, which compared to traditional management models. At the same time, it has also brought troubles to the development of college associations that online is easy to say something, then becoming difficult in the offline and dislocation of connection with reality. This article takes the new media as the starting point, combined with the actual development of Leshan Normal University associations with the explanatory structural equation model to analyze the various influencing factors and their hierarchical relationships. It proposes further sustainable development for the construction of college associations under the background of new media.
