摘要/Abstract

摘要： “大众创业、万众创新”理念的提出,广泛激发了社会各界的创新创业活力,使创新创业成为驱动经济发展的新动力。创客时代海峡两岸都致力于为创新创业营造良好的政策环境。该文通过梳理海峡两岸创新创业政策的历时变迁,从政策环境、政策实施路径和政策运行机制3个维度对比分析海峡两岸创新创业政策的异同,进而助力优化两岸创新创业政策,促进海峡两岸创新创业政策对接,深化两岸融合发展。

Abstract: The concept of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" has widely stimulated the innovation and entrepreneurship vitality of all sectors of society, making innovation and entrepreneurship a new driving force for economic development. Both sides of the Taiwan straits are committed to creating a favorable policy environment for innovation and entrepreneurship. In this article, through combing innovation entrepreneurship policy change of Taiwan strait, from policy environment, the path of policy implementation and policy mechanism of three dimensional contrast analysis of the similarities and differences between innovation entrepreneurship policy across the Taiwan straits, thus power optimization on both sides of the entrepreneurship policy innovation, promote innovation entrepreneurship policy across the Taiwan straits and docking, deepening cross-strait integration development.
